Orthodox Leadership

The topic of Future Leadership is a concern that we hear in our parish life seemingly daily. Recruiting and developing future leaders is an area of religious education that cannot be overlooked. This is an area of our parish life that needs attention now and not in the future. It’s time to establish Leadership Ministries in our parishes and this workshop will give you the ground work for organizing leadership, mentoring and succession programming for all ages.
